Ujwala Nagare (BE, MBA)

President and Founder of ezURs.com Inc. With a extensive background in Finance and Business with focus on IT/Telecom, Mrs. Nagare is now focused on building the company’s growth and is responsible for driving thought leadership, vision and direction of the company. Mrs. Nagare studied Global Finance and Business at Southern Methodist University and Engineering in Computers. A seasoned entrepreneur, Ujwala is constantly working on innovative Solutions for the medical industry.

Dr John Yatsu (MD, MBA, FACS, FAADEP)

Dr Yatsu presently serves as Medical Director for ezURs.com in Texas. John has years of experience working as trauma surgeon and served as medical director for multiple managed care companies. John has instrumental in developing quality programs with focus on utilization review.

Dr. Jeff Harris (M.D., M.P.H., MBA)

Dr. Harris serves as Medical Director for ezURs.com in California. He has worked as a Primary Treating Physician, corporate medical director, Senior Vice President of a workers’ compensation insurer, and as a utilization reviewer. He wrote and edited the first edition of the ACOEM Occupational Medicine Practice Guidelines, and served as associate editor of the second edition and methodologist for the third edition. He was principle investigator for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Workers Compensation Health Initiative projects on guideline dissemination and URAC Performance Measure Development and Testing. Dr. Harris has worked closely with state governments and private industry to use evidence-based best practices to improve management and outcomes of injured workers.

Nilesh Katkade (BE)

Nilesh Katkade, CFO, an Engineering graduate, has over 20 years experience in Information Technology and Telecom. He brings IT domain experience in Telecom , Banking and healthcare having previously worked with Deloitte and Verizon. Nilesh is a first generation entrepreneur and has co-founded several other companies in Telecom, IT services and products.
